Cons:
The man on duty when I picked the car up needs customer service training. He was obnoxious and condescending. He blamed the company for multiple errors which is not impressive. In my opinion he should not deal with public But other than him, my car, the simplicity of reservations and drop off clerk were all fantastic!!! I come home twice a year. I will rent here again.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
They did not honor my reservation. They did not have a car for me. Instead they tried to sell me a more expensive rental and then demanded I get the $100/ day insurance that is supposed to be “optio. I walked away with no car. I had to take an Uber to Pittsburgh instead. It was the worst experience. One location in Akron
