Pros:The staff was very friendly, and more importantly they were punctual. I didn’t have to wait to get my vehicle and the car was a very nice 300S. Golda was a great representative and I was more than satisfied her customer service! I will definitely be back to rent cars at this location. Overall experience was excellent!Reviewed Apr 14 2021

Cons:They didn't have the car that we reserved for. Instead of upgrading us for free, we had to pay more. Short handed, the poor guy was trying his best but he can do only so much. He has to help front counter, do the walk around, wash the car since they don't have any available. we had to wait 45 minutes. When I returned the car, same story. Same guy working alone. There were around 5 or 6 people ahead of me. My wife has a dental appointment so I had to drop my wife off to her dentist and went back to return the car..Reviewed Mar 15 2017
