Pros. Located only a few minutes away from downtown Banff, you get both convenience and space. Every cottage comes with great amenities for the whole family to both have fun together and have their own space. The outdoor pool and hot spring has great views.
Cons. Everything is great. You do have to book early though.

Pros. The property is nice. Real woodburni g fireplace in the unit and free firewood. It was clean and very functional.
Cons. The hot tub area is large but is packed with children. There did t seem to be any adults only hours. There were more kids than adults in all 3 tubs. Only one was even hot. Many children seemed to be either adult supervision. The sauna was also filled with kids and even very young children carried in integer parents arms. Lots of talking. Not a very relaxing or traditional way to enjoy spa amenities to wind down after skiing. There is no security to enter so it may be that many of the people there are not even guests at the property.
