Pros:The crew was very unhelpful when we had an issue with our checked bags not having been included in the ticket. We ended up having to pay $250 out of pocket at the airport to check our bag, as they made us pay $10 per kg even though we should have had the first 15kg for free. The tickets were only $60. By the time this was told to us, we had no time to make alternative arrangements with another flight, and canceling our tickets would have incurred a $100 fee. Not canceling them and just taking another flight would have cost us a $60 no-show fee plus the $100 cancelation fee. Again, the tickets for this flight were only $60, so that was clearly ridiculous. They wouldn't even let us buy a seat for the bag, which would have cost far less. This was highway robbery, and nothing less. We had no choice but to pay $250 for the bag or pay $200-320 in fees plus tickets for another airline.
Cons:Customer service was terrible. The website was terrible. Nobody on the phone speaks English, so if you have an issue you can't do anything about it until you're at the airport, by which time all your options for resolving the issue are nonexistent.
